For all of those media fiends that visit Ressac Media, and that are active on Twitter (if you don’t have one yet I suggest you to signup now and get with it people) you should know by now that this online real-time bulletin board is going to become the World’s Largest News source in a few years.

Like one of my last blogs stated for the Iran Election, Twitter was a very important rally point for all the Iran protestors/news reporters to discuss and define rally points for their protests. Well, according to AP on Google they are wondering if Twitter is (or will become) the news outlet for the 21st century? My answer to that question is YES.

Were all heading towards the real-time updates. From being able to tweet about your broken leg or the fire starting to blaze through your local supermarket, it’s real-time that counts. We don’t want to wait an hour or two before it’s up on CNN/Canoe or even less the next day for it to appear in your local newspaper, what’s the point when you can get everything delivered straight to you FASTER on Twitter.
